Job Purpose

Work with corporate leaders to implement a strategic plan to managing and growing the company’s Revenue and market share.

Take a creative approach in identifying, qualifying and targeting new business and present new ideas to leadership.

Use a consultative approach to understand client challenges and pain points and work with the technology, technical pre-sales team to develop new go-to-market solutions.

Consultative sales approach towards Solutions & Service Selling with very good techno/commercial skills.

Certifications: Red-Hat Enterprise Linux

a) A trained and certified on-site engineer in the respective Server and Storage Management and at least 3 years ofexperience on such servers, storage and backup solutions shall be posted.

b) Engineer should be certified on RHEL platform, certification on virtualization technologies like VMware, Microsoft Hypervisor etc., is desirable.

c) The certified engineer shall do health monitoring, performance monitoring, capacity monitoring & critical parameter monitoring of the servers on daily basis.

d) He shall also do diagnostics, fault checking, hardware & software troubleshooting, call logging, spares replacement and also carry out regular backup of the data and critical system files.

e) He shall also be responsible for ensuring uptime of all other items supplied as part of this order like, SAN, switches etc. Submit daily report to client.

f) Engineer should be capable of offering L1 support.

g) The engineer shall do performance monitoring, capacity monitoring & critical parameter monitoring of data centre infrastructure (UPS, AC, Power etc.) and submit daily report to Client & weekly report to SBA.

a) Installation & configuration of all type of active and some extend to passive devices

b) In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF). Expertize in networking firewall concepts and configuration

c) Install configure and Trouble shoot L2 and L3 ethernet switches, cisco / equivalent routers, Network firewall / UTM solution (atleast one or two products)

d) Define the network architecture to customer requirements

e) Understand the scope for implementations / migrations and prepare action plan on analysis of any risks / impact involved at customer environment.

f) Strong understanding and configuration knowledge for on premise and cloud based Firewall Technologies

g) Ability to do the demo to customer.

h) Good communication skills.

i) Have knowledge on configure the Web application firewalls.

j) RCA for critical service failure

k) Working on new initiatives / projects for implementing new services locally and remotely as on when required

l) Network performance monitoring & analysis – Parameters like utilization, errors etc.

m) Escalation of unresolved network problems to the principal/vendor for quick resolution
